What is your cancellation policy?
There is a 40% cancellation fee for any bookings cancelled within 24 hours, and a 75% fee if we arrive with no notice of cancellation.
If a family member or friend can let us in—or a key is left out—we can still carry out the work without anyone home, avoiding cancellation fees. This is something we do for many clients.
We are a small business and are happy to change or cancel appointments without any fees if we receive 48+ hours’ notice, allowing us to fill your slot.
